1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information.
  • Incorrect information may result in booking cancellation.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change before booking confirmation.
  • Full or partial payment may be required.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
  • Speedway Travels never stores debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or Internet Banking credentials.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official support channels.
  • Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, transport, or supplier policies.
  • Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Convenience fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Carry valid government-issued identification.
  • Obtain passports, visas, permits and travel documents where required.
  • Follow all applicable local laws and regulations.
  • Arrive on time for transportation and scheduled activities.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Speedway Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, road closures or operational requirements.

6. Hotels & Transportation

  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by hotel policies.
  • Vehicle type depends on passenger count and availability.
  • Additional services requested during the trip may incur additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Speedway Travels acts solely as a travel booking facilitator and shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, theft, injury or any act of third-party service providers.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or transport disruptions.

9. Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly advised to purchase suitable travel insurance before travelling.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images and designs on this website are the property of Speedway Travels.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Bihar, India.
